We started RMAC because we wanted to engineer on our own terms. Some of that is client work — solving real problems for real businesses. Some of it is our own projects. Both feed the same thing: a genuine obsession with getting it right.
That started with a dual degree in engineering and business, earned alongside full time work as a mechanic and welder. Years of juggling study and workshop floors meant the engineering was always grounded in something practical. It still is.
Engineering isn't just what we do for clients — it's what we do full stop. That means the work we deliver isn't just competent, it's considered. Every detail matters, because manufacturing is built on tiny details.
